Prior to real estate sales, I built a career in home decorating and earned the designation of Certified Trainer. That experience allows me to help sellers present their homes at their best and helps buyers recognize potential others may overlook.
In addition to residential sales, I have personally led the development and transformation of a property into a successful boutique business, Red Rose Consignment. I coordinated engineering, oversaw site development, designed the interior sales floor, managed construction improvements, and operated the business as a small business owner. This hands-on development and business experience gives me a deeper understanding of property value, improvements, and long-term investment potential.
